Peter Wills founded Custom Resources International in 1981, as a joint venture with Custom Credit Corporation (the company's name was changed to CRI in 1986). Today, he is the Executive Chairman, responsible for strategic planning, concept development, business and government relations and overall business guidance. Involved in property and business management for over thirty-five years, Peter is widely acknowledged as an influential leader of the Australian property development industry.
As Chief Executive Officer, Malcolm is responsible for the overall management of CRI's operations including the Development, Funds Management, Corporate Advisory and Project Management business streams.
With significant experience in both project oriented businesses and funds management, John is responsible for all accounting, taxation, treasury and company secretarial matters. John also oversees the human resources and information technology functions.
David was appointed Executive General Manager - Development of CRI in December 2007. David has specific responsibility to oversee the CRI's property development activities. His responsibility extends to all transactions, strategy formation, and new business generation in CRI's development business including all development fund projects.
Ross Butler is the Executive General Manager of CRI’s Strategic Property Planning business. In this role, he leads a team responsible for identifying preferred approval processes for major developments focussing on certainty of development potential, evaluation of approval and development options, management of planning approval timing risks and securing of development approvals for projects
Charles is the Executive General Manager of CRI’s Project Management business. He leads a team responsible for preliminary evaluation and risk assessment of projects, and all aspects of project delivery including development approval, design, contract packaging and construction.
Chris has the responsibility for client services and strategic business initiatives across the CRI business streams. A key part of his focus is on “value creation and generation” opportunities for CRI’s clients and business partners.
